Pair-wise Gene Expression Correlation Analysis

User Guide:

Check pairwise correlation coefficients between gene expression levels. Scatter plots visualizing the correlation between gene expression log2 TPMs are generated along with a table of gene information.
(RNA-Seq data is normalized using log2 transformed TPM.)

  • Gene A, Gene B: Select gene input format (Gene symbol,Gene Accession,NCBI Gene ID) and enter your gene of interest.
  • Cancer Selection: Select cancer by clicking on the cancer type you are interested in. Multiple cancer types may be selected, 3 at most.
